HOW TO ENTER

Refer someone looking to Purchase or Refinance a property to the Synergy Mortgage Group Team (Josh Perez, Jacob Perez, or Greg Cocks) during the calendar year of 2022.
If your referred friend or family member secures a pre-approval for a purchase or refinance with our team, you will have a ballot entered into our bi-monthly draw.
There are no limits for ballots entered so refer as many friends and family as possible to increase your chances of winning!
If you do not win the draw, your ballot will remain in the running for future draws.
